ASAHI METALFINE, Inc. (“ASAHI METALFINE”), a wholly owned subsidiary of ARE Holdings (“the Company”), is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement to succeed to the Gold Accumulation business operated by DOCOMO SMTB Net Bank, Inc. (“DOCOMO SMTB Net Bank”) through an absorption-type company split (the “Absorption-Type Split”), with the transaction scheduled to take effect on May 6, 2027. The impact of this matter on the Company's consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027, is minor.
